Hiring Manager
Resource One is hiring a full-time Hiring Manager for our Jackson office. You'll keep our caregiver team staffed by finding, screening, and onboarding the CNAs, DSPs, and home health aides who care for our clients.

- Recruit caregivers through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
- Review applications, phone-screen candidates, and schedule interviews
- Run new hires through background checks, registry screenings, and required paperwork
- Lead orientation and make sure every new hire's file is complete before their first shift
- Work with scheduling to fill open shifts and plan hiring around client needs
- Keep hiring records accurate, organized, and confidential
What we're looking for
- Recruiting or hiring experience, ideally in home care or healthcare
- Familiarity with background checks, I-9s, and new-hire paperwork
- Clear, friendly communication by phone, text, and email
- Organized and comfortable working in online systems and spreadsheets
- Able to work full-time in our Jackson office
