Billing and Payroll
Resource One is hiring a full-time Billing and Payroll team member for our Jackson office. You'll keep our caregivers paid accurately and on time and make sure the care we provide is billed and collected.

- Process weekly payroll from verified caregiver timecards and hours
- Prepare and submit claims to Medicaid managed care plans and other payers
- Post remittances and payments, and reconcile what was billed against what was paid
- Research and resolve denied or underpaid claims
- Track authorizations and hours so visits can be billed
- Answer caregiver pay questions and keep payroll records accurate and confidential
What we're looking for
- Experience with billing and payroll software
- Medical billing experience, including remittance posting
- Home healthcare experience
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets
- Able to work full-time in our Jackson office
